Gabriel comes from the state of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. He was always interested and motivated in to work as a scientist. He is undergraduated as engineer at Federal University of Viçosa, in Brazil, with a sandwiche course in bioprocess at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie et des Industries de Aliments (ENSAIA), in France. Afterwards, he followed the master of science in food and process engineering at University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in Brazil. Through his academics and industrial experiences. He worked with topics related to themodynamics and process modelling. Gabriel is interested in biobased products and sustainable such as biofuels. These experiences motivated him to pursue a doctorated degree. In december 2022, he joined the BioScope Team as a Ph.D student, his reserach is dedicated to the development of an automatic generation of kinetic data for the oxidation stability of biofuels
